I've had some awful experiences seeing dentists over the years, however, Dr. Doyle and the crew at Capitol Dental are simply amazing! I've never, ever, had the actual dentist call me after an appointment to see how I was feeling. Later, when I needed to schedule an appointment, I called the number the Dr. called me from...it was his own personal number. I was shocked, I said, oh I didn't realize this was your personal number. I can't say enough good things about the folks at Capitol Dental. Christa, my hygienist, and Dr. Doyle are caring and knowledgeable. They do what ever it takes to take good care of their patients!
It was great!
My only complaint is the fee structure. I just paid $152 for the same services that Capitol Dental would have provided for $116 if I still had my Blue Cross coverage. Now that we're on fixed income and Medicare, the fee that we paid for these services has increased 31%. It's too bad retirees on Medicare, which has no dental coverage, can't get the same discount negotiated by insurance groups.
