Quail Springs App IS the LAST place you want to live! I lived there for 4 yr, always paid my rent before it was due! I lived alone. I’m disabled, and elderly. I was Forced to move out when my lease expired because Quail Springs OVER Doubled my rent! After I had been gone from this place, they sent me a letter to Sew me if I didn’t give them a bunch more money, for things they lied about, if I did not give them this money they Threatened me with a lawsuit and collections! This place should be AVOIDED at all costs! Trust me! Quail Springs apt will makeup lies and file a lawsuit against you when you move out! I have rented many places before and never was treated so horribly like they do at this horrible place! They even destroyed my great credit and sent me to collections! Stay far FAR AWAY FROM HERE! Quail Springs VERY VERY BAD PLACE TO LIVE!
Lupita was friendly and encouraging. We are prior renters and she helped us to make our experience stream-lined. Also enjoyable. The apartment complex is clean and well cared for.
A hidden gem in the city. Quiet, pet friendly, and some greenery in the back that is lovely. Nice people help to make this a sweet spot in Olympia. Have lived here for years.
