Total scam! Do not sign up online. They lure you in with online specials , then immediately triple the price. When you call them and talk to Evan or Toby, The refuse to refund or fix the situation, horrible service.
Bait-and-switch pricing scam! They make it incredibly easy to sign up online with an attractive "50% off for the first 3 months" promotion. However, immediately starting the very next month, they began charging me 3 to 4 times the advertised rate under the guise of mandatory "contents insurance." When I called to dispute the charges because I never requested or authorized insurance, management claimed it was hidden somewhere in the fine print of the lease, stating it cannot be canceled or refunded.
