I called Circle City Glass a week and a half ago because a glass plane in a antique handmade family heirloom cabinet had broken during a bout of the Zoomies by my doggo 2 years ago. My dog was fine, thankfully- but the cabinet was not. Mark gave me a time frame to drop off the cabinet door. He met me outside and helped me bring the cabinet door in. Extremely unprofessional in terms of follow up from the owner unfortunately. I have a commercial property I manage & had Capital City Glass come out & quote a large window repair for the building I am managing from a prior contractor that did not install the windows properly. I was extremely hopeful to have a good experience based on the positive google reviews & site visit I had with the owner.
