Loved my trapeze experience at Capital City Circus! The staff is professional, encouraging, and patient—even if you’re nervous about getting all the way up the ladder. After your first fly, you’ll be hooked and ready for more!
Seriously one of the most extraordinary experiences ever! The coaches were calming, supportive, and warm. I recommend everyone trying a trapeze and silks class!
My wife and I had a lot of fun. The instructors were nice, knowledgeable, and professional! You don't even need to be too strong to do tricks. If you are on the older side, I would stretch though!
We had an absolute BLAST at Capitol City Circus School, highly recommend!! I booked this experience for my mom and I - and we are so so glad I did. We are both beginners with absolutely no trapeze experience. We booked an "All Levels: Skill Building" class, which we were taught all the basics of trapeze, as well as a handful of tricks (knee hang, backflip, etc.). All of our instructors (Marianne, Katie and Kiersten) were incredibly welcoming and immensely helpful. We are already looking forward to returning again next year!!
