Crizelda Valencia in the service department was very helpful navigating the repair options for me. As a customer who has visited many other brand’s service departments, I am very picky about where I take my vehicles for service.
I bought a truck from here in 2023. My truck was broken in to about a year ago and one of the items taken was the lug nut key. I needed to get my tires replaced and I called to see if they have a master key to take off locking lug nuts. I was told there is no master key and they would need to cut of lug nuts and would charge me $225. Before agreeing, I called Don Hewlett in Georgetown. Manager tried to add an additional $8,000 to the car because I had outside financing.
My husband is bad with names but thinks the service agent he spoke to was Will. Great service and he took the time to explain the update. Being so cold out, he had the seat and steering wheel heat on so it would be nice and warm. Very happy with the service we received.
