This was by far the easiest car buying experience that I have ever had. Stephanie Z was friendly and helpful and she got me The absolute best deal possible on the Trax that Ive been wanting. I saw the car online and the next morning i went to test drive it. They approved me while I was at work, so all I had to do was sign papers after work. I was in and out in an hour with my new car. I looked at dealerships in a 150 mile radius, and nothing touched this deal that I got at capital.
I took my car in to get some minor stuff done at the service center. The service took some extra time but I could not have appreciated Nick, my coordinator(?) more. He was so kind, responsive, and absolutely incredible. I have never been more impressed with dealership service. Going in also felt like such a fun environment. I loved that the team had awesome music and great energy. It made doing an early morning car drop off way more enjoyable. It’s nice to come into a place where it feels like everyone is excited to be there... read more
