This place is absolutely the worst lot to buy a car. I moved from out of state and CCC was close to my new home so when I saw a car I liked I decided to take it for a test drive. Bob, my salesman, and Mark, the finance manager were amazing when it came to signing the papers but this is where the good customer service ended. My second payment was coming up. what I can say is that they didn't hide any information about any of the vehicles. They appreciated the negotiations between me and them, while staying professional and friendly. Not one time did I feel inferior. I ended up purchasing a 2006 Chevy HHR with only 40,000 miles. very clean interior, and no external blemishes. They understood my mission to better my credit and they financed me with decent monthly payments, low down payment, and a plan on how to improve my credit. I had trouble getting financed for a car loan so I went to Capitol Car Credit. The cars they let me select from were awesome cars. I thought I was going to get screwed on price and interest but they were upfront and honest about everything. They even do a vehicle inspection to make sure its a good car. When it came down to financing the car they worked with me on my down payment and I got to drove home that day. Overall I liked Capitol Car Credit because they were able to get my financed for a great car.
I read most of the reviews on here that were negative and have to disagree. When I went to CCC they were to the point. They laid everything out right in front of me. Daryl who is my salesman is AWESOME. He was not one who pressures someone. He is honest and shows integrity. I have went to several dealerships only to find they lie and cheat. If you want a GREAT car and you have credit issues then you will expect that your interest is going to be a little more. Its a HIGHER risk. Daryl is AWESOME I recommend everyone to CCC
I bought a 2004 Impala with 70k miles, and.I love my car. My cousin referred me to Capitol Car Credit and I was able to get my car with only $700 down! I shopped for a while all around Austin and saw a whole lot of junky cars. Very happy with my car, and the quality of their cars blows the other dealers out the water. I couldn't believe the cars other dealers tried to sell me with the down payment i had.
My credit is beyond horrible and Capitol Car Credit was the only place with decent vehicles and people willing to help

The guy who sold me the car Obryant was real helpful and will work with you if you have bad credit. The only downside is that the cars are a little pricey for some of the models, but you get what you pay for, and no one is forcing you to buy the car. The service was great from the crew there.
My experience was good. Sales and financing were very helpful
