Mr. Kress should not quote prices he can't get to. Not real good customer service. Never spoke to me when I picked my vehicle up. Also not used to paying, being given my key and pointed to the direction where I can find my vehicle.

I arrived at the Service Center at 7:30 AM as agreed to with the tech over the phone the previous day. All was quiet, except for a fellow carrying some spray bottles. He asked if I were familiar with the check-in process, and I said I was not. I had just found the Service Center door locked and had rung the bell with no response.
