I took my car in to Capitol on 3/11 for a oil change. When the car was ready, I tried starting and at first it didn't do anything. A couple of more tries and it started right up. I went straight to the grocery store and when I came out, my car would not start. I had to call road service to start my car. Once I got the car started two messages came on the dashboard. Vic told us he would “take care of us” then told us we would be getting our weather tech mats included in the price and he would waive the $250. Come to find out when we finished our paperwork and got home, we ended up paying for them. Not only that the truck had an extra 300 miles on it and a huge crack in the windshield that was not there when posted online with the VIN number. I had previously bought two other vehicles from Capitol, but this just left a bad taste in my mouth for coming back for the next vehicle.
Ana and Johnny were very welcoming. I was very stressed looking for a car that I had in mind at a few dealerships. If they were not there, I may have not purchased any car. They both gave me a sense of safety and I am so glad I bought the car I wanted. I have never walked into a dealership and felt like I could become friends with the employees.
