I felt taken advantage of after my car was towed there and I didnt use them to reoair my car
My son had an accident and the police called Capitol to come get the car. They were told by the police that we didn't have collision. This was on Easter Sunday. I had my son call them on Monday and a girl answered and said she was by herself in the office and was just now entering the information on the car and would call us back. She never did.
