Just got my Audi A6 from them and I have nothing to say but great things. They have repaired two other cars of mine, they are consistent with their work and have great customer service. I recommend this group of auto repair specialists over any others out there. They are that good!
I am amazed at how wonderful my car looks after an unfortunate collision with a deer. Capitol replaced my hood, fender, bumper, and grill. Perfect condition. And the detail job is so appreciated. I felt like I was driving a brand new car off the lot. Spotless inside and out! Five star rating for sure.
DO NOT use these people!!!!!!!! Their policies and practices are outrageous!!!! Please do not let the police call them to tow your vehicle after an accident!!!!!
Took my truck here for repairs. Upon pickup I noticed white water/chemical spots that were not there when I dropped my truck off. I told the representative Josh about the spots and he took it to the back to see if they could buff off the spots. 10 minutes later they bring the truck back and scratches are all over the step up bar. And now they are denying responsibility for the spots AND the new scratches. I will be contacting my lawyer to resolve this. Don't take your vehicle here.
I had a great experience. My car looks better now than before my accident. Even the parts of my car that weren't damaged were buffed out so nicely.
