Had to give a star to leave review...terrible ppl...they tell me that my ac wasnt working when i brought it in for a completely different repair..an o_ring was missing from an ac line and they told me i needed a whole new line..my ac was working when i brought it in...was this a cash grab attempt? Idk . Im thinking about suing for their shitty work. Allstate took their side so ill be getting rid of them too...aren't there anymore honest ppl left? Do not use crash champions!!!!! BEWARE!
I brought my vehicle here for repairs following a minor fender-bender. The car was dropped off on 12/22 and not completed until 2/17/26, which is an excessive amount of time for minor damage. Throughout this entire process, I received no proactive updates—the only way I got information was by repeatedly calling myself.
