My 19 yr old daughter bought a car at Capitol Auto preowned May 2020, She paid CASH. Her DL was from our last state which we pointed out and asked if that was a problem. They assured us NO PROBLEM. The tag or Title never arrived. I called and drove the 30+ minute drive back to the dealership twice and talked to the person who sold us the car. This dealership scammed me. Bought a car from them in May 2020 and still have not received the title or tags over six months later. I have tried contacting them multiple times, in-person twice and over the phone 5+ times, but Capital Auto Preowned always gives some excuse as to why they haven't mailed me the vehicle title yet. We have never not produced a clear title and registration for a car. We have had and have your title. We would love for you to sign with your correct registration information so it can be processed. After the sale we were told that it was not certain how you wanted the registration to be handled. We made attempts to reach out to you, to complete your registration/titling, with no prevail. Purchased a 2010 Fusion Sport from them after finding their listing on facebook. Excellent photos and accurate representation of the car I saw in person today. Bill and Mike were very reasonable and were fair on the price of the car. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a low-pressure used car buying experience!

My wife and I had a great experience with the team at Capitol. We got there right as they were closing and they stayed to let us take our time and. They were easy to work with and we got a great vehicle!!
Excellent job while we were there looking through everything. Very nice and detail oriented. Even when we had an issue with the test drive the found they exact problem and fixed everything making sure no issues before leaving. Even put in writing if it was something different to bring it back and they would take care of it. Car has been running great since, thankful and would definitely go back!
