This new Nissan dealer is committing FRAUD on a regular basis. They are charging customers for warranty service(diagnostics). Following the fraudulent charges I was asked if I would like them to help me cancel the warranty-- the warranty that covers the diagnostic! How utterly kind of them.

I’m not sure where to leave this review because it’s all the same company. But geez they will NOT stop messaging me. I shopped for a car there months ago, have had a number of follow ups since, and have asked them to stop every time. They still keep coming.
Worse service department I’ve been to. Brought my family vehicle in and it left there in worse shape then it arrived in. Ask for a manager? Got told they don’t have one. They left my pregnant sister in law waiting for almost 1 1/2 - 2 hours waiting becuase they messed up and then tried to cover up their mistake. Then when we went to pick up the vehicle the next day, the girl in service said “oh you’re here to get the car that won’t start. It’s the one our back with the window down.” Hopefully nothing was stolen when they lef... read more
