I had time to make the choice of vehicle I wanted at Capitol Toyota. To begin with, I bought a Sequioa back in 2002 through this same Dealership. I just sold that same vehicle in 2025 with 282,000 miles on it. This new Nissan dealer is committing FRAUD on a regular basis. They are charging customers for warranty service(diagnostics). Following the fraudulent charges I was asked if I would like them to help me cancel the warranty-- the warranty that covers the diagnostic! How utterly kind of them.
Mo was awesome. Very friendly and easy to work with. He made the process easy and painless. Go see him!
I’m not sure where to leave this review because it’s all the same company. But geez they will NOT stop messaging me. I shopped for a car there months ago, have had a number of follow ups since, and have asked them to stop every time. They still keep coming.
