do not trust capital auto. sold me a car with fraudulent carfax. when the finance company rejected my loan application because of this they tried to get me to sign a new agreement when I declined they told me they could not return my down payment. even accused me of bank fraud, because I refused the new higher interest rate loan they tried to offer. even said to me how much would it have cost if I had got a rental? Happen to drive into Capital Auto when I was car shopping and from the moment I got out of my car I received great service! Colton and Scott were both so helpful and friendly! The customer service I received was above and beyond! They were even super nice and understanding about my two toddlers running around the lobby while we did paper work!
