Had the best with preop nerve block-CPNB - Dr. Graham couldn;t be more grateful. In 4 days surgery again for the bleed, I came out of OR wide awake screeming pain-. Worst anesthesia ever had-Young & White. Nerve block in place could have started med, carried through surgery -till next day. But did nothing. Woman was EXTREMELY RUDE when I called about a bill and asked her why she put it on my credit report? My case is still pending/Lawsuit. Will put out the word on how you treat and talk to people on the phone. 😉👍👍.
The procedure was suppose to last 15 mins and supposedly went over by 13 mins which I do not believe is correct due to the fact this was my little one and her surgery and I wasn't even away from her for 28 mins from start to finish for ear tubes. My bill went up 3x's the amount or 13 extra mins they claim they were with her. Absolutely ridiculous. This review is due to their billing. The anesthesiologist we had was very friendly but only talked to him a couple mins before the procedure.
My anesthesiologist was great, but their billing department balance billed me despite my extra work to get in-network enhancement with my insurance. They demanded that I ask my insurance to reprocess the claim or pay the balance. My insurance company says they were paid the in-network contract rate already. So, around I go again. I wish I had a choice in Anesthesiologist. I would not use them again if I had a workable alternative. Edit: This issue has been resolved.
