I am writing this review to protect other people from working with unscrupulous realtors. I bought a house from Frank and Trish in 2011. At the time, I was happy and quickly left a great review. However, the problems kept coming. It was our first house and we were extremely naive-- we used the home inspector that Frank recommended. The Capitanini team is incredible in every way. My wife and I absolutely loved working with them. They're extremely knowledgeable, communicative, diligent, patient and are just overall wonderful people. My wife and I worked with them to buy our first home, and they treated us like family and provided the very highest levels of service irrespective of where we were in the process, our budget, etc. 10/10 experience.
