Ryan Boatwright assisted me when I serviced my vehicle at capitol Volvo. If was my first time being there. His consultation before, during, & afterwards was excellent. The professionalism and friendliness was excellent. Great customer service. I was very pleased and will go back again.
I’ve recently had my vehicle serviced at this location for the first time. The service was timely and professional. My service advisor, Ryan Boatwright was great. He thoroughly explained the services being done to my vehicle, and also explained all of the recommended services for the future. My experience overall was amazing and I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at this location.
My experiences with Capital Volvo have been very positive from the point of shopping for a car through the most recent visit for a recall issue. When I called about the recall issue, Ryan Boatwright explained it to me and was very accommodating in finding a time that fit my schedule. When I arrived, Ryan met me at my car and quickly began the process of getting it taken care of.
