I took my SUV in for my 2nd oil change. Shelby made sure I was informed during my appointment. She ordered transportation service to take me offsite. She is always making sure that I was satisfied with the wait and her service. She gets 5 stars from me, and she’s very nice and friendly.
Dustin Wheeler was very courteous and helpful and I appreciate the level of customer service he gave me while I was there.
My check engine light came on, and little did I know that there was a problem with my fuel transmission. Dustin clearly laid out what needed to happen -- ordering parts, timeline, and set me up with a loner vehicle which was AMAZING. Everything was very clearly communicated and there were no surprises in terms of payment.
