Dustin Wheeler was very knowledgeable of my vehicle. Answered all my questions with confidence. Service was fast, through and efficient. I was particular impressed with the video i recieved from the technician that worked on my vehicle. He went over everything and made it very simple to understand.
My daughter took her 2021 Jetta there because the check engine light went on. They were able to fix the car, with the part being $125 and labor being $900!!! Well, not even a month later and her check engine light is back on! We will never go back, such a rip off and scam!
Capital Volkswagen performed a warranty service on my ID4 before I leased it to fix the door handles and in the process, they didn't reconnect the rear windows to the motor so they were inoperable. I ended up having to pay almost 300 dollars to have them fixed by my local VW dealership because of their error. The local dealership confirmed that the error definitely happened when they performed the warranty service. I reached out to Capital VW with the opportunity to make it right and never heard back from them.
