Friday Nov 27th I had my SUV serviced for another recall. My service person was Shelby King at Capital Volkswagen. I had my engine cover replaced and my vehicle washed. My entire experience was all positive. Shelby made sure I had what I needed while I was there. She get 5 stars for her kindness and assistance.
Dustin Wheeler at Capital EuroCars is the best! I have a Volkswagen EOS and have had multiple service techs at a few service places and Dustin is awesome Capital EuroCars gets my service due to Dustin

Dustin Wheeler was excellent to work with. He was on top of making sure the parts and tires I needed for my car were ordered promptly, service work was done correctly and any questions I had along the way were answered! He also worked with my schedule to ensure my car would get in for its services and be done in a reasonable time frame. It was great to work with him.
I had an exceptional experience at Capital Volkswagen thanks to Dustin Wheeler. He was extremely professional, responsive, knowledgable, and kind. I would recommend to anyone needing to service their VW or Volvo in the Tallahassee area to go and see Dustin!
