Ever since I bought my VW Jetta, I bought the car to CapitalEuro cars and have had the pleasure of working with Victor Whaley. He is always very friendly and helpful but doesn't try to sell/fix things that are not needed. I believe honesty is his policy. I look forward to bringing the card back for future repairs as needed and I will always ask for Victor Whaley.

Victor Whaley and the service personnel at Capital VW always take care of our service needs. I usually do a drop off service and Victor keeps me informed as to what’s going on which is much appreciated. I have no complaints about Capital VW and will continue to use them.
Our annual Service is a very enjoyable outing. Waiting for the car is an enjoyable wait in the waiting room especially with a very cool beveridge machine and delicious snacks. Always nice to see Victor Whaley who has everything organized and keeps us apprised of each step. And he always sees that our car gets a free hand wash. So when we leave it is in a sparkling clean car. Thank you Victor.
Victor Whaley did a great job with our Audi. He did have to order some parts, but we've already got an appointment to coome back had have those taken care of. We only had to wait about an hour and the waiting room is comfortable and there are snacks and coffee available at no charge!
