They got me in same day for an emergency, Cindy and Dr. Jensen are great. Kind, took time to explain in details, and thorough in treatment. I've never been disappointed here. Love the new location too

Worst possible place to go in des Moines for dental anything. The final straw with them was when they canceled my appointment today I've been waiting a month and a half for..they canceled it last night because they require 24hr confirmation. Lol! What kind of half breed idiocracy is running this place. Canceled and gave away the appointment time 24 hrs before my appointment was going to happen. The other 45 days I was taking up that hour of their time they had no worries about it. They told me nothing of the policy just told... read more
I don't recommend this place at all. Front stuff is rude and not kind. I only went there as a referral for my daughter's crown. But honestly very disappointed of customer service. The day of preparation from her temporary crown dentist just left after working on the tooth, and it looks like she left one of her assistant to do the temporary crown without communicating to us. She did it a least Three times to get a good one. The other assistant was all over the place looking for things( maybe because they recently moved) there... read more
