Our hygienist Carolina was absolutely amazing with my daughter today. I could tell right away she was in safe hands. Carolina noticed how nervous and scared my daughter was, and she took her time talking to her calmly, explaining every step, and creating such a comforting, safe space. I highly recommend Capital View Dentistry!
Fast and efficient. Parking is not convenient. But the service is 5 stars. Since they have moved to the new location, parking wasn't an issue. And thier new office, lovely.
First impressions say alot and the first impression is that they view people as cattle. If you have assistance with your insurance you are expected to call first thing in the morning for a sameday appointment. Ignoring that people still have jobs and other obligations but still need Exams and cleanings without it being an emergency. So you are expected to call every day when you need the appointment even if its next month or in 6 months.
