I purchased a charger RT from Leith Chrysler Jeep Raleigh location and I was also sold false promises, which when asked to be addressed were left without resolve. I strongly believe I was taken advantage of and am not truly satisfied with my purchase. With the amount of money you spend as a consumer there should be a higher level of employee code of conduct. The sales culture at this location is flaw. I could never recommend this location on capital Blvd in Raleigh NC. I will do my future car ventures elsewhere.

We purchased a 2019 Ram today and it was a GREAT experience from the time we walked in the door! We had our 1 year old with us the entire day and she even had a good time! Cheyenne was amazing! She literally is an expert. Everyone worked so hard to make us happy!. We just want to thank everyone for the terrific customer service! We will definitely come back!

I recently had my vehicle serviced twice at Capital Chrysler Jeep Dodge and the service was great! The first service was to replace a blower motor where they did the entire job (parts and labor) for $450.00 LESS than what another Dodge dealership was going to charge me. The second service was for an open recall that they brought to my attention. The part was ordered and installed the following week. I have nothing but very good things to say about this dealership!
