Nice therapist, not great with front desk scheduling. When I discovered a double scheduled appointment, I called to cancel one and inquired if there were any 1 hour spaces, was told oh, you were supposed to have a hour session today, did they not ask? I told them no, I was not asked, but yes, I would like the hour. Not even 5 minutes later, THEY CALLED ME and said oh, well we can do the speech, but the feeding needs to have an evaluation and the speech eval would not be ready until Thursday. RecommendedNot only are the therapists great with my daughter but it is a very comfortable environment for her! My daughter Lillie enjoys going and it’s always a game she can play at home too.
Capital Therapy Group is beyond 5 stars. Over the last 7 years with them, we have consistently received wonderful personalized services and been treated with absolute professionalism. Their encouragement and skill was always present through our long journey! I feel that they trained me too along the way, so I could continue the work (practice) at home! Susan Weber, Director is wonderful at addressing concerns and I love her creative solutions. I would never hesitate CTG to any parent looking for speech therapy!
We have been going here for years, and my son has made great strides with his therapists. We highly recommend their services.
