It was casual and friendly. The food and the tea was great! Would definitely return
Freshly baked scones and other delights, plus a wide variety of loose leaf tea that you can consume by the cup or teapot or buy in bulk to take home! I highly recommend the turmeric tonic herbal tea and the orange blossom oolong tea! Lovely music in the background with local art on the ceilings to purchase. Expect to spend a little more, but it's well worth it. My second time here and it has again exceeded my expectations �

Great place to go and feel fancy, try something new and be pampered
It was a quiet little spot to relax and have lunch. The turkey salad was refreshing and fresh. I also loved the ginger lemon cookie sandwiches. Great place!
Capital Tea is one of my favorite places in Denver! The staff are friendly and helpful; the space is welcoming and comfortable; the food is excellent; and the TEAS are amazing! For tea lovers, this is mecca -- huge variety, all very fresh, and reasonably priced. Afternoon High Tea is also a delightful experience.
