What a great experience. LED night tour was so awesome. A definite "must do" if you're in Annapolis! I'm gonna go home and buy a paddle board and will come back and do the night tour again!!

We had a private lesson with Brian I am hooked! He was excellent, patient, extremely knowledge. We will definitely be back just to paddle board and also try the yoga! Super excited to have found and tried Capital SUP! Pretty sure we won't find any place better! Thank you Brian for the great lesson! My personal goal was to not fall and with Brian's guidance I succeeded!! :) I highly recommend Capital SUP!

The crew at Capital SUP is first rate! I've done several SUP Yoga classes and they are awesome. Few things beat practicing on the water, and these guys and gals know how to do it right. Their floating yoga studio is incredibly cool. Put it at the top of your to-do list this summer!
