The guys at Capital Sup are awesome! The last thing I wanted to do was wake up early on a Saturday for boot camp.... As soon as I got there my mind took a 180- they made the workout tough yet fun, had good support from the owners and the other guests. I will definitely be back soon!

Owners and staff are incredibly motivated and fun to work with! They make the experience of learning to stand up paddle board memorable. What a great way to see Annapolis by water!
