Just had my very first session & am beyond thrilled! Dr. Lam helped me walk without pain *that very day*. He didn't merely do an adjustment, he gave me a thorough exam, explained everything he was doing & how my muscles interacted with each other, gave me helpful exercises - and everyone laughed at my jokes!
When my young adult son recommended I try Capital Sports Medicine to relieve some back pain, I was hesitant. Afterall, I was hardly an athlete! I was wrong. I broke my ankle at the start of Covid and dealt with the pain until 2022 when I had ankle surgery. My first trip to a different physical therapist in Bethesda was horrible. But this review is about the excellent doctor at capital sports medicine! In less than 3 months, I'm off my cane, off my brace, and walking backwards! I can climb stairs and dancing again is our next goal! If I could give this office 10 stars I would do it happily!! Meeting with them has been a life changing event and I recommend them whole heartedly!
