I dropped my car off on the 6th July 2026 after my insurance company referred me here to repair damage caused when another vehicle rear-ended my car two weeks ago. Car was repaired quicker than expected, it’s a 2021 car but looked brand new when I picked it up. Very smooth process, reception arranged the uber to and from car rental place.
I had a fantastic experience with Capital SMART. The team was friendly, professional, and made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. The quality of the repairs was excellent, and everything was completed to a very high standard. I was also impressed by how quickly they got the job done without compromising on quality. Great customer service, honest communication, and efficient workmanship.
Your communication is spot on and your front desk and repairers amazing. It's obviously a long wait to get scheduled in - I had to wait again for a month when parts arrived - but the quality of repairs, improved fuel efficiency of the car, ease of getting a Uber pickup / drop organised, and all-round great service and care were highlights in a much feared claims process.
