Capital has the best dumplings I have ever eaten. They are large and you get a nice quantity. The service is terrific. I have lunch there almost every week.
Wait staff not attentive and friendly. They are not good in customer service. We asked for table spoon and they gave us soup spoon. The place is just ok but the food we ordered was good!
They even chaege the house tea ! And food was disappointed..
