My husband and I had our first appointment with ed back in October 2023 for a roof replacement. He told us that he would put in our claim with the insurance, wait for their response and counteroffer it. The first mistake they made was put in the wrong date for the claim which backtracked us over a month since they had to remove it and put in the correct date. The crew work hard day
Ed had a very difficult job of dealing with my Insurance Company Allstate but in the end, after 8 months we finally got the roof replaced.
I definitely recommend Capital Roofing, they made the entire process effortless for my wife and I. Ed in particular is great guy who took the time to answer all of our questions and he fully delivered on his word. We had a few other companies come out but none of them made us feel confident like Capital Roofing did. They handled insurance for us, finished the job quickly, and the roof looks great. We couldn’t be happier.
