Thanks to Leo, Nick, and their crew for the amazing work they did on my church (commercial) flat roof today. They were honest, on time, and cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I had 2 other quotes but this was the honest and reasonably priced of them all. I will always do business with them.
Capitol Roofing is a masterclass in how not to run a business. I was given one day, then that day suddenly changed, and after that I was completely ignored. No follow-up, no explanation, no basic courtesy message. If you can’t manage your crew, just say that. If you’re overbooked, just say that. Disappearing on a customer instead of communicating isn’t being busy, it’s unprofessional.
