Capital Restoration did a great job with our repairs
I’ve worked with Capital Restoration for over 10 years and they have always done a great job and taken care of the our customers.
Still dealing with an insurance claim from April. They now send me a bill in the mail when they have the check from my insurance agency! Wtf! Also, have yet to finish the repairs even after talking to them via phone as well as email. Horrible customer service and support. Do not use this company. I will also be contacting USAA to let them know they aren't the best company to be on their PDRP program.
Very poor customer service. Took seven months to build a roof to park two cars under. All I ever got was excuses. If you are looking for a company, keep looking.
This company is terrible save yourself a lot of grief and go elsewhere. Poor workmanship and customer service.
