I lived at 1129 F Apt 3 for 8 years. Even though I left the apartment immaculate they kept my deposit. These guys just do patchwork repair work that doesn't last. They also raise your rent every year.
Mark Bussey is the apartment manager and he was a nice guy who always responded when I needed something repaired.
