They have been the absolute best! I love my new windows. They measured several times to make sure everything was correct; they were on time and cleaned up well. They also took time to explain how the windows worked.

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. The customer service is horrible everything that comes out of there mouth isn't true. Once you sign a contract u are stuck with them. I was supposed to get my windows installed the end of July but it didn't happen. I spoke with the manager Eric and he was very rude and basically told me I had to wait and they didn't have time to keep me updated. We paid $23k for a kitchen remodel that was worth $15k at best. The cabinets are low quality. A drawer broke less than a week after the reno. We opted for laminate countertops and the ones we received look nothing like the pictures of the seamless laminate that we saw on the Formica site. The laminate is already lifting and separating from the ugly backsplash that it came with and we've only had them since august. I had an in-house estimate for new kitchen cabinets with one of the Capital Remodeling representatives. The man came out and explained their different services took measurements for cabinets. I'm in a mid-size single home with a small kitchen. The estimate that he gave me for just 5 cabinets was $32,000.00. I was shocked and I asked him is this price just for the cabinets only and he said yes! These people need shut down for price gauging and ripping people off!

I called today to inquire about adding more cabinets to my kitchen. The receptionist who said that her name was Jessica...said that they can't sell me cabinets without installation. I said that I would need installation and new counters. She said that they cannot do additions to kitchens. She said they would need to tear out all of my current cabinets and replace everything-that's crazy talk. I love my cabinets. Why would I tear them out? I just need more. It has been nearly six months and installation has not been completed. Capital Remodeling, Inc. (CRI) sales representative said it would take one day for installation, which was not true. She said precise measurement of the windows would be taken to ensure that the windows will fit snugly into the window frame, that also was not true. I am still waiting for CRI to deliver material and fix the problems caused by installers. My recommendation would be DO NOT HIRE Capital Remodeling, Inc. Our remodel began on July 26,2021, and initially, we had the best communication with the company prior to the project. Once the project commenced communication became horrible. We asked questions via phone and email regarding the project to ensure everything was in line with expectations, but did not receive a response for 7 days! We asked for marble laminate countertops and during our initial presentation we were only shown what the marble looked like on the keychain. My service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. This has been a walk in the park. I was updated every step of the way. (Stress free) The guys were able to install 18 windows in one day! I was very impressed with that alone! The windows are everything they said they would be! I don't hear a thing, and the sun does not get through them. I highly recommend capital remodeling to any one looking to get good quality windows. Definitely worth every penny!
