Every staff made a positive impact on my treatment there. This is my second round and it was all so very worth it. Every day taking 3 buses there and 2 buses home... To have a noticable amount of my life back is to peek at the glimpse of hope I had never seen before. The beautiful parts of my world were re-revealed to me through a resilient lens all thanks to my access to this treatment.
As someone who has dealt with depression for a very long time, TMS has been a gamechanger. It was not a cure, but now I can happily say that I now live a pretty more normal life and go out places that previously were not possible and it feels great. Absolutely astounding experience. Every single staff member, from the front desk to the doctors/treatment staff, was beyond welcoming and supportive. My treatment tech Kate was amazing. I am so antisocial it hurts, but she was so supportive and kind, I found myself talking to her almost every 25min session. That being said the treatments are very non invasive and virtually painless. This office is so sweet and kind. I did TMS treatment and Brynn was an amazing tech. She always has a great attitude and was positive, even on my grumpy days. The folks here care and would recommend for anyone considering TMS treatment.
