As someone who has dealt with depression for a very long time, TMS has been a gamechanger. It was not a cure, but now I can happily say that I now live a pretty more normal life and go out places that previously were not possible and it feels great. Absolutely astounding experience. Every single staff member, from the front desk to the doctors/treatment staff, was beyond welcoming and supportive. My treatment tech Kate was amazing. I am so antisocial it hurts, but she was so supportive and kind, I found myself talking to her almost every 25min session. That being said the treatments are very non invasive and virtually painless. This office is so sweet and kind. I did TMS treatment and Brynn was an amazing tech. She always has a great attitude and was positive, even on my grumpy days. The folks here care and would recommend for anyone considering TMS treatment.
There’s nothing I can say here to truly explain how life changing the experience was. Life changing. If anyone is going thru a long depression, go here. My life was day to day. I would get up, the depression would get worse as the day went on, and I would just wait to go to sleep, just to do it all over again. Months. Dr q and the rest of the treatment team, are all amazing. Flexible scheduling and the work right with my insurance. Never felt better. Sleep schedule is regular appetite is back, no more instrusive thoughts. No unexplained tears for no reason. Mood is better. Thanks alot albany tms, dr q, bree. You saved my life.
