I've been going to Hplex for years and can't say enough about the awesome, motivating instructors. The group exercise classes get one in shape while having fun. Any fitness level can be adapted to each class offered. If you aren't into group classes, the exercise equipment is top of the line. There is something for everyone. What have you got to lose, give the CRMC a try.
