therapist are great, other staff is lacking big time
I am a current patient receiving OT your therapists are great! I however dread interaction with your check in staff particularly the blonde who sits on the right( as patient is standing in front of check in) she has a rude attitude and a demeanor suggesting she does not want to deal with patients. Considering I have had these experiences with her on 2 consecutive visits I will be calling my orthopedic doctor and getting a referral to a different therapy provider. I thought you should be aware of this situation.
RecommendedThe staff is amazing. Every time I walk into the Healthplex I am greeted with a smile! The area is always clean and the staff is always encouraging you to do your best! I 100/10 recommend it. The Les Mills classes are also top notch! Awesome instructors and music :) It is just an awesome place to de-stress and stay fit!!!
The atmosphere is so positive. This place and the people in it have changed my life and helped me change my body. LOVE THE HEALTHPLEX.

The staff is fantastic, always willing to let you go at your own pace. I've been in the rehab program and have experienced the trainers and all are first rate. And the other members are supportive as well. It really was a much easier habit to adopt than I would ever have guessed! Thank you Healthplex!
