We have used EXIT Midlands Realty to manage our rental property for the past four years. Throughout that time, we have worked with the same agents so the relationship has remained consistent and everyone really got to know our property. A new addition to the office staff has also made communication very efficient and timely. We had one of the best Realty that you could ask for. We live in Summerville, S. C. and was looking to buy a house in Columbia, S.C. Our Realtor went way and beyond for us, we have had many reactors over the years and none compared to SarahBerner. If we called her she would get right back to us, when she wasn't busy. We would call her and she would contact our son-in-law, to go to the house and do what we had asked if her. call two different agents and left a message with the chat line. no call back. i will be using another company. biggest pet peeve is no return phone calls from realtors who dont even know what you want. 24 hours is a long time for no return phone call. very bad public relations as far as i am concerned. wouldnt trust them to list my house.
