Megan from corporate is a snake. She will blatantly cover mistakes made by her management team under her supervision and turn around and shift blame on to you even after you show proof. Do not sign anything electronically get it all on paper. If you sign anything electronically you get a confirmation email. Then they will wait till the online offer is expired and tell you it was'nt signed in time. Bunch of clowns..
I wish i could give less than one star the site manager was a cool lady but their rules and policies are ridiculous, you are responsible to pay for the whole year although you gave them the leave notice one month prior :(
Renee Savage is a terrible property manager. She is all talk but does not deliver. She has consistently dropped the ball despite us following up. Renee is very difficult to get a hold of and when she does finally respond, it's a very generic response without any meaningful information. Working with Renee Savage is a waste of time and energy.
I lived in the Alabama Street Apts for almost two years. In that time, the property manager, who I want to stress, LIVED ON SITE, gave me the wrong address to which I changed my out of state mail forwarding. This led to numerous late notices, late fees, and general confusion which cost me time and money. It was especially baffling since the manager LIVED ON SITE and seemed not to know her own address.
