Outstanding work by the Service Department, and I want to express appreciation to Cullen Griffin (Brand Ambassador) for getting me in and out of the door in about 2 hours which kept me on my schedule. I appreciated the offer of a courtesy vehicle, but it was not necessary, I was able to sit in a vacant area and get my work done without being disturbed.
Cullen was great. Got the job done and provided constant communication throughout the process. Made me believe in Porsche service.

Had an issue with drivers side window. Called Cullen Griffen and got next day appointment. Easy drop off, Cullen called the next day and said technician couldn’t replicate the problem but the window seemed to be working fine . In the meantime two outstanding service recommendations were also addressed. Picked up the car and window problem resolved. Excellent communication from Cullen Griffen
