Great experience from this plumbing company, Capital Plumbing. The team of guys entered my unit and completed the heating project with the most respect and cleanliness. I baked them cookies for the great work. Even my brother, who is a plumber, was impressed, so I knew they did a great job.
EDITED TO ADD: The same plumber came back after I posted this review & he did NOTHING again when he came back. HOWEVER, after calling the company back, a Supervisor did contact me & sent 2 plumbers who knew what they were doing and diagnosed the issue within 10mins of them being here. The first plumber though, he either needs to only be assigned to simple fixes (like a tap or visible pipes) or spoken to about his motivation to work, considering he is representing the company.
