I've been a resident at Capital Park Apartments for about 12 years. Tammy, the Manager is just great. She's always got a smile and a welcoming way about her. Helpful at every turn. If you don't reach her, she calls back soon. Any question or problem, I have zero hesitation in going to her for assistance. Best manager I've ever worked with. Thank You.
Best Managers in Town My partner and I have lived at Capital Park Apartments for seven years, in that time we have never once had a problem that was not swiftly solved by management. They are why we have stayed here for so many years. Tammy and Lori are the best team you could ask for, they are responsible, prompt, caring & compassionate. 4 Years Lived Here, Amazing I had an excellent experience here, the property manager Tammy is lovely and amazing she will always have your back. Pretty quiet and nice area, maintenance was always timely and did a good job. 5 stars!
