This is my honest review. Would not recommend to anyone. Not a genuine practice. The receptionist and billing lady are RUDE. I’ve never been treated like this before. First, the billing lady lied to me saying my insurance covered the entire consultation, only for me to find out later they are out of network and I winded up having to pay entirely out of pocket. Dr. Alto is amazing! Compassionate, caring, nice and absolutely skilled in his practice. I have to give a shout out to Traci, who manages scheduling. She understood the urgency of our need to be seen and she kept in contact with us and got us in so quickly for a consultation which resulted in an immediate plan to mitigate the concern. It's so refreshing to be welcomed into such a capable and compassionate environment. We highly recommend Dr. Alto and Traci! Thank you, thank you!

I love Dr. Alto he is great he put in my implants, But his front office staff now is awful rude not professional at all why be receptionist if you are going to be in a bad mood and if you go to lunch than lock your doors put out a sign that says out to lunch will be back at 1:30pm that way we are not knocking on the door than some rude lady comes out to tell me are at lunch and slams the door I don’t think I will be coming back.

This office staff and Dr. Alto are excellent. Heather in front office is friendly and helpful. The tooth had pull was not painful. I did not need pain medication afterwards. I was awake most time and recovered fast after the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Alto and Heather the front office staff and the dental hygienist assisting in the procedure. Horrible place. Very dishonest and untrustworthy dentist. This place is very profit driven and they only care about money. They add unnecessary services into your bill and recommend you pull out a tooth that is perfectly fine to keep ( I consulted another dentist and she advised me it’s perfectly fine for me to keep that tooth) So, they want you to extract a healthy tooth just so they can made more $ from you Disgusting place.
