We have capital one bank for our personal, saving & business. There is absolutely no way to get help from technical side. All mangers are always on conference calls- really! No one at the bank is above common sense. A customer does call or go to the bank with questions & problems with our a reason. Since the entire banking system is on line, no assistance. Aweful customer service, no one was helpful, manager wasn’t there and he did not return email or call. They decided to stop working at noon
