“Banking reimagined “ I didn’t imagine I’d be going backwards opening a capital one account but that’s what has happened. With my old bank deposits were available immediately. I closed my account with my old bank and took my cashiers check to capital one and deposited the entire amount. Slow service. Try to push everyone to use their apps instead of providing the personalized banking we prefer.
I am appalled that CO did not notify us about the problem they have with double charges! We are a working class family who depends on banks to maintain our good credit--we were working to raise our credit rating, now I'm worried that the late fees charged by our creditors will not help us achieve our goal. We've been on hold for over an hour--we are trying to find out what CO will do.... I don't understand why they have not sent emails or texts to customers to explain what has to happen next.
