The worst banking experience from my time in the bank, to your absurdly long hold times. I cant believe I was opening a checking account and a savings account. You guys will never make it!!!!
I have been in phone service hell for almost 2 hours, trying to confirm a wire transfer. I'm done, never using this bank again.

ATMs are slow, in short supply and perpetually out of service. The only 24hr ATM in downtown Jersey City (2nd fastest growing city in the nation) is in a drive-thru and has been down for 2 days! I have seen line ups mixed of cars and pedestrians. Very dangerous! The 2 ATMs in Journal Square are slower, and their are always long lines to use it. Very poor customer service. Security guard is defensive. They are short staffed. I walk in to open an account at 4:30pm. There is only one banker there and has other clients. I am willing to wait but they won't give me service. I will bank elsewhere.
PLEASE STOP SENDING ME CREDIT OFFERS. I DONT WANT IT! I HAVE CALLED THE TOLL FREE TO STOP IT BUT YOU CONTINUE SENDING ME OFFERS!! PLEASE STOP THIS ABUSE
