After loan was paid off and dealer got title. For a year now they still debating money from my bank and calling them, no one knows why and they are still continuing to do so. And without my permission. What frustrates me is that no one can tell me why they doing this. Just saying I don’t have an account, if I don’t have an account why still taking money from my bank about it. This is just plain and simple fraudulently taking money.
I spent 35 minutes on the phone to get to an agent that transferred me to another, just to tell me that they don't refinance their own loans. It's just a capital one policy, and told me to go find another company to refinance my loans. capital one doesn't help when you're trying to better yourself and avoid the major credit hits to not ruin and drop your score. RecommendedKimberly called to collect a payment last weekend. I had just loss my Grandmother. she apologized and offered to call at a later date. I said no and made the payment. Tonight I got home and there was a hand written Capital One Card expressing condolences and positive thoughts for me and my family. Maybe it's company policy or just a good person being kind. Most people there you can’t understand and when you really need them you can bet if they don’t get theirs NO matter the circumstances you won’t get any help! They received the loan amount PAID IN FULL ($23,407) shortly after my accident which I was NOT at fault for but since I did an extension they sure want that $169.44
