Customer Service is impossible to get to a person
customer service is a joke. my insurance sent them a check 3 weeks ago, and they are marking my credit for late payment. on a vehicle that's been paid off for weeks from the insurance company. calling customer service is a waste of time. been on hold for over an hour.
what a joke of a company phone says could be up to two hour wait time to talk to a person. ok cool I'm having problems I'll wait. next thing it tells me to many people calling so i can't even wait in que. why tell me i might have to wait over two hours to just tell me i can't wait? tells me to go online only thing i can find online is to make a payment company help page just brings me back to the page to make a payment. ?????? bad customer service. horrible actually. i wouldn't recommend capital one to anyone ever.

If you need help with your payments due to Covid 19 go to website and login to your auto loan. You will see it at bottom of that section asking if you need help with payments. You can choose either 1 or 2 month extension. No need to call!! They will email you confirmation.
The Worth costumer service ever ,they allow only one month extension for corona virus while other banks gives 90 and 120 days ,and they hang up on you and no one will call back .

Been on the phone on hold for 4 hours, trying to get help with COVID19 layoff. still havent talked to someone. Yesterday i was on hold for 2.5 hours and never talked to anyone and then the system said, sorry we cant take your call, try another time. Get something set up to request deferments on your website. This is INSANE
