They can go out of business. I applied for an auto loan, got pre-approved for $35,000. Found the car I wanted (Only cost 10K). I am unsure if this finance option is helpful. I have gone to three dealerships and the auto summary I print to take to the dealerships never match. When I say match, I mean that the down payment never matches. If I put $0 down on the simulator, and confirm the summary, the salesperson will run my credit, then come back to tell me I need at least $1000 down. By reporting correct information to the credit bureaus!!!! Have lost 31 points due to them!!! They made the mistake, I did what they told me to do and points went down again!!!!
I sent my pay off to the wrong Capital One address in April. They deposited my money but never credited my account. I have been trying to resolve this since May 1. The amount was over 15,000 dollars. My advice is to watch who you finance your car with!
They Have Racist Workers. SAD
Have the people that (finally) answer in the car loan dept to speech ENGLISH and understand ENGLISH!
