Horrible event staff, beyond rude. Was forced to store small crossbody purse that security deemed couldn't fit within their security box. Two days earlier I went to the same arena and was able to bring the same bag in. All of a sudden I'm forced to download an app and pay 20 dollars to use a locker for a show that is less then two hours. This is insane and upcharging based on a stadiums lousy bag policy. shame on Capital one for not notifying customers of change in bag policy.
Capital one arena restaurant ******* ****** **** advertise opening on Sunday online at 9am, so I come down and they say they change the hours three weeks ago but the didn't change it on line. I dont get it, because they should change it online the same time .
