I have been a tenant of the park for approximately 20 years and was never late or missed a rent payment. I would look elsewhere. The owners and management of this property are terrible at best. After my car was damaged by their automatic garage doors they made me jump thru hoops to be reimbursed. After a pipe bursted that flooded my space of 2300 sq feet with inches of water and 7 weeks of repairs - I was never offered alternate space or an abatement of rent.
