Capital of Texas Chem-Dry has great customer service. They came to my house to re-clean the bedroom carpets after another carpet cleaner’s process had left a strong chemical odor. Derrick went over one room seven times, and the chemical odor got worse on each pass! Derrick and Casey told me there was no point in proceeding and they wouldn’t charge me.
