I couldn't be happier with my transaction at capital motors. I dealt with Amed who was easy to deal with and quick with his responses. I drove about 115 miles from Cincinnati to purchase the car. When I got there, another sales rep had mistakenly allowed the car to be taken on a test drive by someone else who was interested in it. Love this family-owned business! Great used car at very fair prices. I was in and out in under two hours and drove off with a car I'm absolutely in love with! the whole process was low pressure and actually very nice! Who can say that about a used car dealer?? Wonderful, 5 stars!
They were so helpful when we were looking for a car on a short time frame. We have been so pleased with the car and have had no issues with it in the 9 months we have had it. We have returned to buy our daughter's first car because we were so pleased with the service and quality we got from them. Highly recommend!
